About Marta Khader
Parenting is one of the most important things we will ever do, and none of us are meant to figure it all out alone.
I became a parenting coach because I know firsthand how much we can love our children and still struggle with how to respond to them. Becoming a mother changed me in ways I never expected. Like so many parents, I found myself navigating big feelings, challenging behaviors, sibling dynamics, and moments when my own emotions felt bigger than I wanted them to be.
Discovering Peaceful Parenting was transformative for me. It gave me a new way of understanding children, a new way of responding to challenging moments, and, perhaps most importantly, a new way of understanding myself. Peaceful Parenting isn't about being perfectly calm or getting it right all the time. It's about having the tools to respond with greater empathy and confidence and knowing how to repair when we don't.
As a certified Parenting Coach, I support parents in putting these ideas into practice in the context of their own families. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Every child is different, every family is different, and every parent brings their own strengths and challenges to it.
When we work together, I'll listen carefully to what's happening in your family and help you understand what's underneath the behavior, identify the places where you're getting stuck, and find practical ways to move forward. We'll work toward helping you feel more grounded and confident while strengthening your connection with your child.
My goal isn't to help you become a perfect parent. It's to help you become the parent you want to be and to make parenting feel a little more joyful along the way.
